The Bathurst Island tenement comprises of Bathurst Island and other small islands. These islands are located off the north-west coast of Western Australia, adjacent to Irvine Island.

A CIM Group company currently holds an Exploration License over this tenement.

The island has highly prospective geology for iron with same geology as neighbouring iron ore producing islands –Cockatoo Island and Koolan Island.
