PREMIUM PRODUCT, NEAR-TERM PRODUCTION, LONGTER-TERM GROWTH
CIM is a proprietary limited company registered in Australia. It was established in August 2018 to acquire a portfolio of mining tenements on Cockatoo, Irvine and Bathurst Islands in the Buccaneer Archipelago of Western Australia. The acquisition of these tenements was completed in late 2020. Those assets provide access to a high-grade iron ore resource.

The iron ore mine at Cockatoo Island is the jewel in CIM’s crown. It has been a producing iron ore mine for the better part of 70 years producing high-grade, low impurity iron ore.

CIM’s short-term focus is to recommence mining high-grade Direct-Ship Ore (DSO) at Cockatoo Island.

CIM also enjoys the exploration mining rights to other tenements within the region. The development of those tenements will unlock a significant resource for the future.
Cockatoo Island iron ore mine established production since 1950’s, it is one of world’s highest-grade producing iron ore mine.
Cockatoo Island is located relatively close to high priority iron ore markets in Asia.
Ore is mined, crushed, blended and loaded onto ships adjacent to the mine. The operation requires no rail infrastructure.
